Meal Plan Choices for Academic Year 2014-2015
Students can add or make changes to their selected meal plans online. The site for making changes for Fall semester 2014 is now available and changes can be made through the first Friday of Fall semester , August 29th, 2014 at 5p.m.
Change your meal plan and CaseCash selections at housing.case.edu/myhousing
CaseCash is a convenient way to purchase a variety of items both on and off campus. For a continually updating list of locations where CaseCash can be used , please see locations. Additional CaseCash Deposits can be made in a number of easy and convenient ways:
Students can bill up to $1000 of CaseCash each semester directly to tuition and pay along with the tuition bill. To add additional CaseCash for Fall 2014 , students should go to housing.case.edu/myhousing. CaseCash will be available for use approximately one week prior to the start of Fall semester. NEW!!! PLEASE NOTE THAT CaseCash additions to the Bursars' account must be requested each semester.
Parents can follow this link to make a guest deposit by using a credit card (Mastercard or VISA only) . You will need the 7 digit unique student ID assigned to complete this transaction. Please e-mail email@example.com if you need further assistance
Cash may be deposited directly to the student's CaseOneCard at either of two VTS machines on campus (Thwing Atrium or Wade Commons).
Access Services ( Crawford Room 18- basement) will accept checks or cash and deposit on the CaseOneCard.
Students can request CaseCash refunds on leaving the university or at the end of the spring semester of each academic year by emailing a refund request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide student seven-digit identification number.
NOTE:The remaining CaseCash,( including meal plan CaseCash) minus a $15.00 administrative fee will be mailed to the primary student address as is appears in SIS. Students are responsible for ensuring that the mailing address is current and correct.
