Parent Fund

As tuition dollars cover only a portion of the cost of a Case Western Reserve University education, the institution depends on the generous support of its donors, including parents and other family members, to help sustain student services that are essential to a world-class education.

The Parent Fund was designed to help bridge the gap between costs covered by tuition and expenses related to valuable programs in areas such as the Career Center, Students Activities and Leadership, Educational Services for Students, and Physical Education and Athletics. 

Career Center

The Career Center assists all undergraduate student regardless of major and free of charge. Students can drop in for resume updates or utilize the center for more specific career counseling. Whether a student is seeking a summer practicum or internship, admission to a graduate program, or an offer for employment after graduation, the Career Center is a valuable tool for professional success.

Student Activities and leadership

The Office of Student Activities and Leadership empowers students to take ownership of their university experience by supporting student programs, traditions, and initiatives, including support of the Case Leadership Journey.

Educational services for Students

The Office of Educational Services for Students (ESS) provides academic resources to help students achieve their fullest potential. Peer Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction are available to students free of charge.

Physical education and athletics

The Department of Physical Education and Athletics serves the leisure and recreation needs and interests of students. The department also supports activities in intramural, open recreation, wellness and club sport programs.
