Memorial & Tribute Gifts

Memorial and tribute gifts honor special people, events, and occasions in our lives. Whether they celebrate a birthday, wedding anniversary, or the life of someone significant in our lives who is now deceased, these gifts can range from the cost of a library book to the endowment of a scholarship fund.

Any gift can be designated as a memorial or honorary gift. When making your gift, please attach a description that includes the name of the person you are memorializing or honoring and the family contact name and address (for memorials) or the individual's name and address (for honorary gifts). We will responsively contact the family or individual to share with them your thoughtfulness.

Bench Programs

In addition to serving as a way to beautify the campus, the bench program provides a unique opportunity for memorial or tribute gifts. Donors are able to personalize a bench with a message that may be a dedication to, in memory of, or a gift to another person or organization.

To request more information about the Case Bench Program, contact the Department of Donor Relations and Events at 216-368-5468.

A Bench in the Country

Benches are now also available at Case's Squire Valleevue and Valley Ridge Farms. Learn more.

Bench on north campus.

This bench on the north side of campus memorializes the place where Mark Hartman and Lauren Reed first met when they were students. They were married in Amasa Stone Chapel on June 23, 2001.
