Globally headquartered in Canton, Ohio, and with operations in 27 countries, the Timken Company is a leading global manufacturer of highly engineered bearings, alloy steels, and related components and assemblies. The company has a long history of partnership with Case Western Reserve University, including generous leadership support for the founding of The Institute for Management and Engineering; endowment of the Timken Fellowship program; and creation of the Joseph F. Toot Jr. Engineering Professorship, in honor of the company's former chief executive officer.
