About the Office

Case Western Reserve University is committed to the highest ethical and professional standards of conduct, and intends to operate in full compliance with all applicable laws and policies.

The University Compliance Program operates under the direction of the Executive Compliance Committee with the purpose of monitoring and coordinating the University’s many existing compliance efforts, assessing University-wide performance, and providing senior leadership and the Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees with an independent, comprehensive view of the University’s compliance activities. 

The University Compliance Program is part of the Division of Finance. The University Compliance Officer reports directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
