The Compliance Program is a reflection of the University's commitment to integrity and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Case Western Reserve University Compliance Program assess, monitors, and supports the compliance efforts of all areas of the University.

Elements of an Effective Compliance Program

According to federal government guidelines, an effective compliance program includes 7 Key Elements:

3. Screening

4. Training and Education

5. Monitor, Audit, and Report

6. Implement, Promote and Enforce

7. Response and Correction
