You can purchase and pick up your cap and gown at the Case Western Reserve University Grad Fair at the University Bookstore from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. or contact the University Bookstore in person or by phone at 216.368.2650.

Tickets for the convocation and diploma ceremony, graduation announcements, a guide to commencement will be available in the Graduate Student Services Office, on the 1st floor of PBL, in room 150. Tickets will be available from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. If you are not available to pick up tickets at that time, please email wsom-studentlife@case.edu.

This is a ticketed event. Guests must be seated by 9:15 a.m. or must wait until after the procession clears the aisles.
Family Appreciation Lunch: Peter B. Lewis Building. This event is open to all registered Weatherhead graduates and their guests.
Weatherhead Awards Ceremony: Peter B. Lewis Building, lower level. This event is open to all Weatherhead graduates and their guests.
Graduates report to assigned room in Dively for line up with regalia by program.
Dessert Reception - PBL
Doors open to guests at Severance Hall. Please note that the Law School ceremony guests will be exiting as WSOM guests are arriving. This is a ticketed event.
Diploma Ceremony: Severance Hall 11001 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio
This is a ticketed event.
A professional photographer will take a picture of each graduate receiving his or her diploma. Graduates will receive an email link to a proof within 14 days after commencement, along with information on how to purchase additional prints. Since professional photographs will be available, family members and guests are encouraged to remain in their seats, relax and enjoy the ceremony.
To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, guests may not block the aisles or sightlines of others during the ceremony. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted onto the stage area at Severance Hall.
