School of Graduate Studies Registration

All students attending any of the Commencement Ceremonies are required to complete and submit this registration by Monday, April 27, 2009. Completing this registration will help us to adequately plan for the proper number of guests who will be joining us for the University-wide Convocation and the School of Graduate Studies Reception.

Guest Tickets are NOT required for the School of Graduate Studies Diploma Ceremony or the School of Graduate Studies Reception.

 

SCHOOL OF GRADUATE STUDIES RECEPTION:
All graduates and their guests are invited to attend The School of Graduate Studies reception in the Atrium of University Hospitals on Sunday, May 17 from 11:00 a.m. — 1:00 p.m. A light lunch will be provided at the reception. You may bring an unlimited number of guests.

EXTRA GUEST UNIVERSITY-WIDE CONVOCATION TICKET REQUESTS:
Graduate and Professional degree recipients are guaranteed up to two tickets for the University-wide Convocation. Extra tickets beyond these "guaranteed allotments" are subject to venue capacity and are NOT guaranteed. You will be advised of the fulfillment of your ticket requests after Monday, April 27, 2009.
