	Up to date cumulative grade reports are available to current students from the student tab on the university's portal. Beginning with the Fall 2005 semester and ending with the Spring 2008 semester, hard copy grade reports will be sent to students only by request. After the Spring 2008 semester, hard copy grade reports will be printable from the new student information system only. If you wish to receive a hard copy of your grade report each term, please click the "Opt in" button below.
	To cancel your request to receive a hard copy grade report each term, please click the "Opt out" button below.
	Grade reports will be sent only to your home address of record. Grade reports will be sent only once per semester, after the last day of exams. The deadline to opt in for the current term is the last day of classes for the term.
