Catering Policy: Summary of Changes
The Business Policy Task Force (BPTF) made no significant changes to the catering policy. However, in the process of research, the policy members discovered common misconceptions regarding how firms qualified for the University’s list of preferred vendors. For example, some users object to the higher costs of such vendors without realizing that those greater expenses often are a result of University health and safety requirements for food preparation and storage.
