OBERLIN, OH (February 11, 2005) - The Case Western Reserve University women's indoor track and field team traveled across town tonight to participate in the Oberlin College Invitational. The Spartans had four first place finishers, three of them in field events.
Sophomore Emily Bruckner (Fairview, NC) won the long jump with a mark of 4.84 meters, senior Becca Spragg (Fowlerville, MI) finished first in the pole vault with a mark of 2.74 meters, Dawn Picha won the high jump with a mark of 1.42 meters, and junior Harmonie Foster (Bedford Hts., OH) won the 400 meter dash with a time of 1:03.73.
Case travels to Ohio Northern University Saturday to take part in the 2005 All-Ohio Championships.
