CASE GETS FIRST ACTION IN THE POOL ...
CLEVELAND, OH (October 30, 2004) - Case hosted Allegheny College this afternoon for a dual meet to open up the swimming season. The Spartans won 142-95.
Claiming first place finishes for the Spartans were Justin Daggett (Bradford, PA) in the 1000 free and 200 backstroke, Chris Cook (Columbus, OH) in the 200 free, John Erickson (Massillon, OH) in the 50 free, Eric Frohmader (Madison, WI) in the 200 butterfly, Kevin Day (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in the 100 free, and Dave Loomis (Bristol, IN) in the 500 free. Case won two relays as well, the 400 yard medley and the 400 yard freestyle.
The Spartans will hit the pool next in the UAA Quad at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA the weekend of November 6th-7th.
