The track at Case Western Reserve University's Case Field has a new name. As of April 26th it will be the “Coach Bill Sudeck Track” after the University's legendary coach, mentor and friend.

Case Western Reserve University junior Elizabeth Ehrke (Pewaukee, WI) has been named the University Athletic Association Co-Athlete of the Week for women's track and field. The announcement was made on the UAA website today.

Erb claims two titles at UAAs in Chicago...
…Senior runner Esther Erb added two more titles to her already impressive resume, as she won two
individual championships in the 1,500- and 5,000-meter runs at the 2008 UAA Track and Field Championships over the weekend in Chicago.
...Erb finished the 1,500-meter in a time of 4:48.13 and the 5,000-meter in a UAA record and NCAA provisional qualifying time of 17:22.20.
