March Madness takes on a new meaning for Case Western Reserve University freshman Beth Andrasik. On Saturday, March 1, Andrasik completed a six month basketball season for the Spartans in Cleveland, averaging 5.1 points and starting 20-of-25 contests at guard.

Spartans finish season...
…The Case softball team finished its season this past weekend, as they split a road doubleheader with Albion.
...Freshman Beth Andrasik batted a team-best .355 at the plate this season, while senior Lauren Seeds started and played in all 44 games and finished with a .348 batting average and a team-high 17 doubles.
