2005 ALL-OHIO CHAMPIONSHIPS ...
DELAWARE, OH (April 16, 2005) - The Case Western Reserve University men's track and field team participated in the 2005 All-Ohio Championships this past Saturday at Ohio Wesleyan University . The Spartans finished 14 th out of 21 teams with a score of 18. Mount Union College won the title with 126 points.
Case junior Stephen Hrinda (Fairview, PA) finished third in the 5000 meter run with a time of 15:23.85, senior Jeff McManus (Columbus, OH) placed fourth in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time 9:51.90 and sophomore Alex Drollinger (Lodi, OH) finished fifth in the hammer throw with a mark of 41.30m to lead the Spartans.
Case will be in St. Louis April 23-24 for the 2005 University Athletic Association Championships hosted by Washington University (MO).
