OBERLIN 6, CASE 5...
CLEVELAND, OH (April 16, 2008) – The Case Western Reserve University baseball team dropped game one of a non-conference doubleheader, as the Yeoman of Oberlin College came away with a 6-5 win at the Pipe Yard in Lorain.
The two teams will play one more game at 8:00 p.m.
The Spartans were led by freshman first baseman Chad Mullins (Fredericksburg, OH – pictured), who went 2-for-4 with two RBI.
Freshman third baseman Steve Crilley (Glenshaw, PA) and freshman outfielder Zach Hall (Germantown, MD) each went 2-for-4 with two runs scored.
