CLEVELAND, OH (April 13, 2006) – The Baldwin Wallace College Yellow Jackets used a 10-run fourth to top host Case Western Reserve University 16-6 today in a nine-inning game at Nobby's Ballpark. The Spartans, who fall to 7-13-1 on the season, are off until April 17 when they host LaRoche College at 1:00 p.m. (DH).
Case senior designated hitter Chris Sisson (West Palm Beach, FL) - pictured and sophomore third baseman Kevin Haley (Kent, OH) had two hits a piece to lead the Spartans. Sisson went 2-for-3 with two walks and an RBI. Haley finished 2-for-5 with an RBI and run scored. Case junior pitcher John Thuermer (Dublin, OH) picked up the loss.
