Final Stats

CLEVELAND, OH (September 19, 2009) - Case Western Reserve University sophomore middle hitter Tricia McCutchan (Hamilton, OH-pictured) recorded her fifth consecutive and eighth overall double figure kills performance as the Spartans shutout Muskingum College 3-0 (25-23, 26-24, 25-20) in their final match at the Carnegie Mellon University Crossover in Pittsburgh, PA.

McCutchan had 13 kills and four blocks. Freshman outside hitter Alexandria Drake (Phoenix, AZ) and freshman setter Breana Freeman (Geneva, OH) added seven kills each.

Case Western Reserve, who has won six straight, went 4-0 at Carnegie Mellon and improved to 11-2 overall. They travel to John Carroll University September 25 for a 7:00 p.m. match.
