CLEVELAND , OH (September 16, 2006) -
Case Western Reserve University freshman goalkeeper Nikki Frakenstein (Cincinnati, OH) shutout Baldwin Wallace College tonight, helping the Spartans snap a three game losing streak with a 1-0 victory in Berea, Ohio.
Frakenstein made six saves in 90 minutes work and freshman forward Caroline Garber (Cincinnati, OH) scored the games only goal at 6:12 via an assist from sophomore forward Katie Duracky (Struthers, OH).
Case will have their home opener September 19 versus PSU Behrend College at 7:00 p.m.
