Case Western Reserve University sophomore setter Julie Schaefer (Independence, OH-pictured) recorded a team high 51 assists and freshman setter/right side hitter Andrea Lamont (Columbia, MD) had 27 digs in a 3-1 (30-21, 30-27, 27-30, 30-21) loss to the University of Chicago (4-16, 1-1 UAA) at Emory University.
Case sophomore middle hitter Colleen Martin (Rocky River, OH) had a team high 19 kills and sophomore outside hitter Elise Snell (Valparaiso, IN) added 15. The Spartans (7-13, 0-2 UAA) face New York University, who is currently ranked 15th in the country, at 2:00 p.m.
