UAA ROUND ROBIN #2 ...
ST. LOUIS, MO (October 16, 2005) - The Case Western Reserve women's volleyball team traveled to St. Louis for the second University Athletic Association Round Robin hosted by Washington University.
On Saturday, the Spartans were defeated
by the University of Chicago 30-28, 30-27, 30-16 and by host Washington University 30-9, 30-14, 30-21. On the Sunday, they lost to Carnegie Mellon University 30-21, 27-30, 30-27, 30-21 and New York University
30-11, 30-28, 30-18. Washington entered the round robin ranked first in the country and NYU fourth.
Case will be back in action on October 18 when the travel to the College of Wooster for a 7:00 p.m. match.
