CLEVELAND, OH (October 18, 2007) -
The No. 7 ranked Case Western Reserve University men's soccer team was clicking on all cylinders this evening at Case Field, as the Spartans defeated the Lake Erie College Storm, 3-0, for their 11th win of the season. 
The Spartans got three first half goals, the first coming from junior Justin Steggerda (Johnston, IA - pictured) to give Case Western Reserve the 1-0 advantage. The goal is Steggerda's fourth of the season.
Kevin Bigart (Naperville, IL) and Matt Paglia (Pittsburgh, PA) would score two more for the Spartans in the first half to put the team up 3-0.
The Spartans totaled nine shots (six on goal) on the night and senior goalkeeper Chad Skidmore (Centerville, OH) saved three shots between the posts.
The team will face Penn State-Behrend College at home on Oct. 23. Game time is 3:00 p.m.
