WOOSTER, OH (September 28, 2005) - The Case Western Reserve men's soccer team lost 2-0 on the road to the College of Wooster this evening. Two second half Fighting Scot goals sent Case to 5-3-1 on the year while Wooster improved to 5-1-2.
Wooster scored their first goal in the 51st minute of action as Brenton Allen volleyed in his own rebound off Case goalkeeper Chad Skidmore's (Centerville, OH) hand. Tim Presto increased the Wooster advantage to 2-0 off a penalty kick in the 80th minute. Skidmore finished the game with two saves in 90 minutes of work.
Case opens up University Athletic Association play this Saturday when they host Brandeis University at Case Field.
