CLEVELAND, OH (October 29, 2004) - The Case Western Reserve University men's team, after a long delay due to lighting and thunder, lost a tough battle to the University of Chicago (currently ranked 10 th in the country) this evening 1-0 at Regina High School .
Chicago 's (12-1-3, 3-0-2 UAA) Ryan Ehle scored the matches only goal at the 32:00 minute mark via a nice pass from teammate Giordano Palloni. Spartan freshman goalkeeper Chad Skidmore ( Centerville , OH ) played a solid 90 minutes, making nine saves.
Case (2-11-2, 0-5 UAA) will host Washington this Sunday (1:30 p.m.) back at Regina and then close out their 2004 season at Rochester next Saturday.
