NYU 2, CASE 0 ...
CLEVELAND, OH (October 2, 2004) - The Case men's soccer team opened-up University Athletic Association play this afternoon with a 2-0 loss at home (played at local Regina High School) to New York University.
Both of Violet's goals came in the first half. Max Sachar found the back of the net in the 10th minute and Jacob Stolarski in the 25th. Spartan freshman goalkeeper Chad Skidmore (Centerville, OH) had three saves on the day.
The Case men (2-5-2, 0-1 UAA) travel to Ohio Wesleyan University on Tuesday to face Thomas More College at 7:00 p.m.
