WOOSTER 3, CASE 0 ...
CLEVELAND, OH (September 14, 2004) - The College of Wooster, one of the nations top teams, defeated the Case Western Reserve University men's soccer team 3-0 this evening. Wooster holds an 18-2-4 advantage in the all-time series between these two schools and today they proved true to form. Adam Milligan was the star for the Scots as he scored one goal and assisted on the other two, one to Tyler Bosch and the other to David Damon. Wooster opened up the scoring quickly after converting on a penalty kick just two minutes into the game. The final two goals came off cross passes from Milligan with Bosch converting in the 67th minute and Damon kicking one home in the 80th minute. The Spartans managed just one shot on goal over the 90 minutes of play. Case will look to end a three game losing streak when they visit Oberlin College on Wednesday, September 22nd at 5:00 p.m. Box Score
