GOOD FINISH AT ALL OHIO MEET ...
CLEVELAND, OH (October 8, 2004) - Competing at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Cross Country Championships at Ohio Wesleyan University, the Case men took home a respectable eighth place finish out of the 19 Division III schools. This meet featured the majority of all Ohio colleges and universities with runners from Division I, II, and III schools racing together.
The top finisher for the Spartans was Aaron Johnston-Peck (Lakewood, OH) with a 2nd place Division III finish in a time of 26:33. Johnston-Peck's finish was good for 17th best out of all the competing schools regardless of division. Next to cross the line for Case were Jeff McManus (Columbus, OH) in 32nd place in 28:38 and Jason Dudas (Solon, OH), the 36th place Division III finisher in a time of 28:47.
Next Saturday, October 16th, the Spartan men will travel to Rochester, NY for the University of Rochester Invitational and an 11:00 a.m. start.
