General Biographical Information (Awards, etc): Dr. Leena Bahl Palomo, Diplomate, American Board of Periodontology, has a private practice limited to periodontics and implantology. She is a 1996 graduate of Case, 2000 graduate of the Case School of Dental Medicine, and 2004 graduate of the Case Periodontics Residency. Dr. Palomo is Assistant Professor in the Department of Periodontics at Case and is Faculty at St. Elizabeth's Health Center, Youngstown OH. Her professional interests are alveolar bone changes in postmenopausal women, and image guided dental implant placement. Dr. Palomo enjoys traveling as part of her professional assignments and her role as speaker in dental, medical and pharmaceutical meetings. Dr. Palomo is married and has a 3 year-old daughter, Veda. She played tennis for coach Rahn at Case as an undergraduate.
