Ronald Stepanovic spent his time at Case Western Reserve University roaming the secondary as a four-year letter-winning defensive back on the Spartans’ football team.nice

Stepanovic was named a four-time All-Conference (President’s Athletic Conference 1982-83 and North Coast Athletic Conference 1984–85) player at his position. He was a three-time Associated Press Division III All-American and a first-team Pizza Hut All-American his final season. In 1984, Stepanovic was a team captain on head coach Jim Chapman’s 9-0 squad.  The 1984 team was the first undefeated football team in the modern era. Following his career at Case Western Reserve, he was then named to the North Coast Athletic Conference’s (NCAC) 10th Anniversary All-Decade Team (1984-93). Stepanovic also played one season in Italy with the Milano Seamen of the Italian Football Association. In 1988, Stepanovic graduated magna cum laude from the Case Western Reserve School of Law, ranking third of 215 students in his class. Since graduation, he has been employed in Cleveland with Baker Hostetler, a national law firm.
