Mr. Farr holds a bachelorss degree from Cleveland State University with a major in theater arts, and has studied scenic deign at the University of Akron. As a native Clevelander, he has worked seasonal, part-time and freelance jobs throughout northeastern Ohio. Working experience include the position of Production Manager for Cain Park with The City of Cleveland Heights, where he also worked as Technical Director for five years time.

As a theatrical technician and designer, he has worked with many professional, community and educational venues, such as The Cleveland Play House, The Cleveland Opera, Great Lakes Theater Festival, Vincent Lighting Company, Berea Summer Theater, Cleveland State University and Baldwin Wallace College Department of Musical Theater.

Homer has worked for CWRU's Department of Theater and Dance since fall of 1998 and enjoys the collaborative process of working with faculty, staff and students on theatrical productions. He is also proud of the affiliation with The Cleveland Play House where he was once a Curtain Puller in the Youth Theater Program, a long while ago.
