“The Heidelberg was exquisite. Meals were incredible!
French cuisine, leisurely dinners, great staff - friendly and
helpful. The scope and variety of your offerings has been
wonderful. They are definitely first class all the
way. The variety of alumni groups always have friendly and
interesting people to meet.” - Molly Heavilin Bergman FPB’65
Village Life along the Waterways of Holland and Belgium, 2004
Celebrate the beauty and spirit of springtime on this special
journey along the waterways of Holland and Belgium on the occasion
of Holland's national celebration of the 400th birthday of
Rembrandt, the Netherlands’ greatest 17th century artist. As a
special treat, this program is timed to coincide with the height
of the flower season when more than seven million flowers bloom at
the spectacular Keukenhof Gardens!
Specially arranged “Village Life” discussions with
local residents are included in this tour, as well as lectures and
museum tours provided by Case
Western Reserve University Professor Catherine Scallen, Associate
Professor of Art History who will accompany this trip
as a guest lecturer.
