What Does the Course Cost?
 

Course Fee for CASE students registered in 308: approximately $1360

This fee is based upon a total of 10 registered students. It will increase if fewer students participate.

Fees can be paid all at once or in two installments. A refundable deposit of $200 is due not later than 1 Feb to ensure a place in the Munich Experience. The remaining payment is due on 1 April. Cancellations after 15 March will be assessed a fee of $50.

  • Tuition.
  • Board and breakfast for four weeks.
  • Entrance fees for museums, etc.
  • Theater and opera tickets.
  • Bus, train, and boat transportation on class excursions outside the city limits.
  • Expenses for instructor.
 
  • Round-trip transportation between the U.S. and Munich.
    Note:

    For the 2007 Munich Experience, student travel was supported by up to $500 by the Ilse Bolster Student Travel Grant. The course cost was supported by up to $1000 by the Max Kade Foundation.

  • Medical insurance.
  • Meals other than breakfast.
  • Local transportation. (A monthly pass for all public transportation in the city is available.)
  • Youth Hostel Pass; International Student ID Card.
  • Costs for optional weekends; incidentals.

*Summer tuition is only half of standard tuition, $TBA per credit hour.
