Annual Howard Hughes Lecture for Northeast Ohio Secondary School Students

Each fall, the Department of Biology, through funding from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, sponsors a lecture and campus activities for secondary school students. The lectures are given by scientists who are leaders in their field. Many groups combine the lecture with visits to other University Circle institutions such as the Natural History Museum, the Cleveland Museum of Art, or the Health Museum of Cleveland.
