If you would like to be placed on our mailing list for students
interested in cognitive science events, please send a request
for inclusion to cogsci@case.edu.
To declare the major, complete a Declaration
of Major Form. Forms can be obtained from the main Office of
Undergraduate Studies in Sears 357, the RUSS Offices in Wade
or Fribley, or the 24-Hour Study Lounges in Wade or Fribley.
Take the form to the chair of the department, or any membr of
the department, to be signed. Once your form is signed, give
the white copy to the department assistant and return the yellow
copy to the Office of Undergraduate Studies. Deliver to your
previous advisor the appropriate copy of the form.
