electrochemical detection of cholesterol efflux from single living macrophage cell..

Welcome

Welcome to the Burgess Research Group at Case Western Reserve University. Our research focuses on the modification of electrode surfaces with biological molecules for both sensing and fundamental studies. Current areas of interest include electrochemical detection of cholesterol efflux from single living cells and reactions of platinum based anticancer drugs with DNA.
