Supported by the Presidential Initiative Fund grant, the Baker-Nord Center has funds available to support as many as three national or international scholarly conferences. The Center welcomes proposals from faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences. Before submitting a written proposal, the Center recommends that any interested faculty members schedule a meeting with the Center directorship and the Office of Interdisciplinary Programs and Centers to discuss matters of budget, schedule, and feasibility.
