Alumni Weekend Welcome Desk

Where to Park
Alumni Weekend and Homecoming guests that have registered to participate in the weekend's events can park free on Friday and Saturday in the Campus Center underground parking garage. It is located underneath Severance Hall; the entrance is on East Boulevard, off Euclid Avenue.
Parking will also be available in the Veale Center parking garage (Lot 53) at the top of Adelbert Road. Please refer to the campus map or the parking lot map for the exact location of all parking lots.
Getting Around Campus
Getting around campus is easy. University Circle’s free CircleLink shuttles run every fifteen minutes from 6:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Want to see the entire campus? Just hop aboard!

What to Wear
First, consult the forecast online —as you know, Cleveland's weather can be unpredictable. During the day, events and clothing are casual. For the evening events, wear whatever makes you feel festive (but don’t risk missing anything just to go change).

I'm not in a reunion class. Can I still attend the weekend?
Of course. Alumni from all classes and all schools are encouraged to participate in Alumni Weekend.
How should I dress?
Alumni Weekend is a casual affair. Business attire is appropriate for dinner and receptions and the Saturday evening events are fun, festive attire.
Where can I get Case Western Reserve University memorabilia and merchandise?
The University Book Store is located in the Thwing Center and will be open during the weekend from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Friday and from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Please make all cancellation requests prior to October 10, 2009 for a full refund minus the registration fee. Refunds will be processed after Alumni Weekend. Please contact us at 800.866.6280.
