The Alumni Association and One-to-One Fitness Center invite all Alumni to Shape Up for the New Year!

Case's 121 Fitness Center wants to help all alumni get back in shape for the New Year! Is your cholesterol or blood pressure elevated? Do you feel older than you really are? Let 121 Fitness help you with our Visual Fitness Planner (VPF)! VFP is an amazing computer software program that generates a three-dimensional replica of your body based on your height, weight, body fat, and age. Using a before and after picture, you will actually see how your body can transform with exercise and proper nutrition! Besides showing how your appearance will change on the outside, the computer will also assess how your body will change on the inside. The computer will calculate your body's Health Age and display your current risk for heart disease, cancer, stoke, and diabetes. Call 216-368-1121 or e-mail onetoone@case.edu and reference AlumNews to receive your FREE VFP Analysis. All Case Western Reserve University alumni qualify for this special offer and discounted membership rates.
