Support the School of Nursing
As soon as they arrive on campus, students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program begin their clinical experience.  These students go on to graduate with 1,620 hours of clinical experience, which far exceeds that of other schools of nursing.

To address the critical need for nurses to provide culturally competent care to diverse populations, students develop projects to address a health care need in a particular setting.  Projects have involved BSN students developing a diabetes education program for aboriginal populations in Australia and organizing an “asthma club” in the Cleveland city schools to help children diagnosed with asthma manage their symptoms at school and at home.

Gifts from our alumni and friends help the School of Nursing offset costs not covered by tuition such as student tuition assistance, updated technology, and research initiatives.  With your support, we can continue to attract the best and brightest students to our program.
