First Floor Description:
Designed for entertaining, the living room, the board room, and the kitchen are conveniently located near both outside entrances. From traditional furniture placement to flexible catering options, the first floor was designed with our partners' needs in mind.

Second Floor Description: The John R. Telich Sr. Family Conference room and beautiful adjoining porch are the main attractions on this floor. Whether hosting a teleconference or a private reception, the state-of-the-art technology will serve to enhance your event. The business center, available for all guests to use, and staff offices are also housed here. Second floor plan downloads coming soon!
Third Floor Description: In addition to housing staff offices this floor has several "hotel" workspaces available for alumni working on long term projects with the university or school partners. These fully functional office spaces have access to all the resources the university has to offer. The Lim family conference room, also located on this level, is ideal for more intimate meetings. In addition there is a shower facility for alumni to use to freshen up. The Alumni House is ADA compliant and every floor can be accessed via elevator. Third floor plan downloads coming soon!
