With a Case Online Services account, you get access to the alumni directory, e-mail forwarding, access to on-campus newsgroups, as well as discounts on goods and services.
The online alumni directory provides address information for alumni of all of the schools of Case. Whether you wish to locate an old friend, contact fellow alumni in your hometown, or network with alumni in your career area, the alumni directory is an invaluable tool. Access the directory now.
Your Biography Page allows you to review and alter the information we have in our records, thus affecting what is listed in the Alumni Directory. This page becomes available 48 hours after your account is created. Access your biography page now to ensure that we have your most current information.
The Career Center is pleased to be able to offer a wide variety of services to our online alumni, including CareerSearch.net and eCompass, our online job search system. Alumni can also schedule up to six appointments with a career counselor. To schedule an appointment or register for eCompass, contact the Career Center at 216-368-4446.
Whether you are changing jobs or changing Internet Service Providers, a Case e-mail forwarding account allows you to continue to use the same address. This new service replaces the previous alumni e-mail accounts available to all Case alumni.
Students, Faculty and Staff use topical Case newsgroups to keep in touch and share information. With a Case online account you can also access these same groups from off-campus.
When you apply for an account you will fill out a form with your name, social security number* and birthdate. This information will be compared with our records. If the computer finds a match, you will be asked to choose a password. Your account should then be ready in a few days.
If the computer does not automatically find a match, you will be asked to provide additional information. This usually happens if there are other alumni with your name or if our records for you are incomplete. Our staff will use this information to update our files after which you can return to finish the application process. Apply now.

* Case uses Social Security Numbers to verify your identity. As you probably know, Case Online services are only available to alumni of Case and this helps us ensure that no but you can create or access your account. Please note that we keep information such as Social Security Numbers and birthdates confidential. These are the same policies used to set all Case Western Reserve University accounts.
