When I applied for my account I got a message saying that my application needed to be verified by Alumni Services. I get mail from the University, shouldn't you already have a record of me in the database?
Just because your account was not automatically verified and required the manual verification process, it does not mean we do not have a record of you in our alumni database. The Case Online verification key is the combination of both your date of birth and your social security number. If both pieces of data are not found in the database, then manual verification is required. When you supply your birthdate and social security number on the application, we update the database with this data so you can be "found" when you resubmit the application in a couple of days. Check the status of your application. Enter your name, date of birth and social security number. The system should respond with the status of your Case Online account.
