The 1895 Depot and 1926 "Porter Dinky" locomotive are home to the Liverpool Twp. Historical Society and its Museum. Liverpool was the first Twp. permanently settled in Medina County, in 1810. A salt works jump-started growth and provided much needed salt throughout the region. Displays vary and may include the salt works, prosperous turn of the century cigar factories, railroading, Valley City Frog Jump Festival and others. During our Spirit Walk residents of Myrtle Hill Cemetery return and tell their stories.
