Fifteen Volunteer Trustees are in charge of the Museum.

Built in 1830 by the son of the first permanent Settler Adam Miller. They arrived in what is now Avon Lake in 1819. The Museum is on the National Register of Historic Places, The Ohio Historical Marker & The Lorain County Historic Landmark
