This 1895 mansion combines Richardsonian Romanesque and Shingle-style architecture. The interior features Tiffany-style windows, six fireplaces, carved faces and a private chapel. French and Gothic styles are apparent in the oak, mahogany and cherry woodwork. The museum interprets the lifestyle of a wealthy Lorain County family in the early 1900s.
