Summer Undergraduate Tuition
Case Western Reserve University has implemented a graduated tuition rate for undergraduate students.
For students who enrolled in Fall 2006 or later, summer undergraduate tuition is $684 per credit hour.
For all other students, including visitors who have been enrolled prior to Fall 2006, summer undergraduate tuition is $665 per credit hour.
* Summer undergraduate tuition is half that of the academic year. All students registered in courses numbered 1-399 pay 50% of the tuition rate. Undergraduates enrolled in graduate level courses numbered 400 and above pay full undergraduate tuition. Graduate students enrolled in courses numbered 1-399 pay 50% of the graduate tuition rate.

Summer graduate tuition for courses numbered 400 and above is $1242 per credit hour.
Financial Aid
Summer funding is limited to Federal Loans, private loans, and Federal Work Study funds. There is no gift money at the undergraduate level in the summer except under very extraordinary circumstances. Students who enroll in the regular summer session and who will enroll in the Fall semester may receive Federal Loans and Work Study for the summer session. Students who are graduating in August may apply for private loans from institutional funds or the Sallie Mae Custom Signature Loan. Students graduating in August and who are enrolled in both the three week May Term and the regular summer session may apply for Federal loans.

Billing and Payment
The Bursar's Office (368-2226; Yost Hall, Room 115) bills registered students via their Case email accounts. Visiting students should activate their email accounts in order to receive their bills. Students do not have to pay at the time of registration. Bills are emailed in mid-May, mid-June, and early July. Late fees for non-payment are imposed in early August. Exact due dates will be included on your bill. |
