Chris brings sixteen years of work experience to JumpStart that includes large multi-national companies as well as start-ups through IPO or acquisition, including companies in transitional periods. Most recently he worked with Inspherion as Vice President of Business Development. Chris' former work experience includes working as an independent consultant with a private equity group in Cleveland, developing leads for companies divesting divisions and developing business plans for start-ups looking for funding. Prior to moving to Northeast Ohio, Chris held several software engineering/management positions with Schlumberger including Director of Sales Engineering. At Schlumberger he helped found and build a successful global sales engineering team and business development model to assess market requirements, ensure deliverability and produce high revenue returns. Prior to Schlumberger, Chris held a variety of software engineering positions. A broad background of technical skills and keen management abilities has provided the opportunity to lead technical and marketing personnel and projects. Chris graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1988. He received a Masters in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley in 2002. |
