R. Paul Gray Mr. R. Paul Gray is the Managing Member of Core Concepts, LLC, and operates out of the Washington, D. C. area. He has served as one of the founding members of Core Concepts, LLC since June 2002. Mr. Gray has extensive experience with private and public companies on financial, strategic and compliance matters and has a deep background in the healthcare industry. Mr. Gray is a member of the board of directors of United Therapeutics Corporation (Nasdaq; UTHR) and is chairman of their audit committee. Mr. Gray is also a member of the board and an executive officer of TenthGate, Inc. which is a medical holding company. Mr. Gray is considered a financial expert under the rules promulgated by the major stock exchanges and has more than 16 years of experience in Big Four accounting and consulting firms (Ernst & Young and KPMG) serving and consulting with many public and private companies. Mr. Gray is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. |
