Warren Goldenberg Warren Goldenberg has been a Partner in the law firm of Hahn Loeser + Parks LLP ("HLP") since 1990, where he has worked with technology companies and technology transactions throughout the State of Ohio. Warren is also the proposed Interim CEO of ECGI, Inc. ("ECGI"), a Case Western Reserve University ("Case") spinoff in formation which is currently in the process of negotiating equity financing. ECGI is being formed to commercialize electrocardiographic imaging technology developed at Case, which non-invasively images electrical activity on the surface of the heart. Warren practices law part time so that he can more directly pursue his passion for the management of early stage technology companies. From 1996 to 2001, Warren and Leon Polott managed a program at HLP to commercialize technologies from the former Soviet Union. As part of that program, Messrs. Goldenberg and Polott formed and provided startup management services to Imalux Corp. (see www.imalux.com) during the period that Imalux defined its target markets and conducted preliminary clinical trials in Europe and then The Cleveland Clinic until 2001, when Imalux was able to raise venture capital and recruit a management team. Imalux has raised close to $10,000,000 in equity capital, has obtained FDA clearance and is selling products in the commercial market. Warren plans to perform a similar role for ECGI (i.e., to manage ECGI until it can raise significant capital and hire a full time CEO). Warren received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1981 and a B.A. in Economics with a second field in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany in 1978. |
